The Mitrefinch stock controller is responsible for the following tasks:


  • Raising purchase orders
  • Maintaining stock levels
  • Shipping goods globally
  • Maintaining accurate records


  • Housekeeping of the stockroom
  • Booking goods in
  • Clear identification of all stock
  • Lead monthly stock checks


  • Maintenance of the purchasing database

Other Duties

  • Any other duties as and when required

Work with other areas of Mitrefinch as business needs require

Skills and Attributes

  • Experienced in a similar role
  • Ability to understand business processes and business problems
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Experienced in Microsoft office suit
  • Strong prioritising ability

Consults with

Support, Engineers, Projects and Senior Management.

Term of employment

Monday to Thursday 8:00 – 5:00 and Friday 08:00 – 4:00

41.5 Hours/week with 30-minute lunch
